It depends on multiple factors such as the model, the issue, date, time, and location.

How Long Does The Screen Repair Take? 

The repair usually takes about 15-40 Minutes, depending on the model, the issue(s), the day of the week, or even holidays. A screen repair can take 15 minutes, while a motherboard repair can take 3 days. 

Do I lose any Information After a Screen or Battery Replacement? 

No. However, if the issue is with the motherboard, we recommend creating a full backup before proceeding with your service request.

How Do We Fix Your Broken Phone Screen? 

We drive to your convenient location and fix your device curbside in the car.

How Soon Can I Schedule a Technician? 

As soon as you book online, pay the travel fee, add "it's urgent" in the notes, or contact us by call or text to let us know it's urgent, we will figure out how to deliver this service to you at your location and give you an ETA.

Is There a Warranty? 

Yes! Our mobile phone repair service comes with a lifetime warranty, provided the device has no physical damage or signs of heavy usage.

What's The ETA? 

Our technician can provide you with the exact ETA only after you've received and assessed the information about your device, the issue(s), and your address. Factor in what if a train stops on the way around Houston, or it suddenly rains, and ETA can change. Please be patient with our technicians, as many variables are outside their control, such as Houston's weather, train schedules, and accidents. We can usually be at your doorstep in 1-2 hours or 4-5 hours. If you need it urgently, please type "It's urgent" in the notes when booking your service.

Can You Fix Water Damage or Recover Data From a Damaged Phone?

Yes, we can fix water-damaged phones; however, there's a chance it will be unfixable. It depends on the extent of the damage, the duration of submersion in water, and whether it had any prior damage. You would need to diagnose it, and then we will be able to let you know if it's fixable.

What Happens if My Device Can't be Fixed? 

Our techs are trained to replace screen batteries and other parts. If your phone has a motherboard issue, we need to take it for more repairs, which will take 1-3 days. If you decide not to proceed, we will still need to charge $50, plus tax and fees, for travel, labor, and diagnosis.

What Type of Parts Will Be Used in My Phone? 

We can install the LCD or OLED quality screens on your iPhone, if you'd like. Any part we use is the most reliable part available for the price. All parts are sourced from third-party manufacturers, and none are Apple's original components. If you prefer an Apple Genuine part, use the Apple store. There is an Apple store in Galleria Mall, and there is another one on Westheimer Rd, and Weslayan St
